How We Work
Step 1: Drop-off or Mobile Booking
Book online or by phone. You can bring your bike to our Wandsworth workshop, or book a mobile appointment and we'll come to you at home or work.
Step 2: Assessment
Every bike gets a quick assessment on arrival. We note what's working, what needs attention, and what will need attention soon. We confirm this with you before any work begins.
Step 3: The Work
Your bike is worked on by a named mechanic who follows it through from assessment to completion. They log what they do and check every fix before signing off.
Step 4: Quality Check
Before collection, every bike goes through a final check: brakes work, gears shift cleanly, bolts are torqued to spec, tyre pressures are set. If something doesn't pass, it doesn't leave.
Step 5: Collection or Delivery
You collect your bike -- or if you've booked delivery, we bring it back to you. We always explain what we've done and what to watch for in the coming weeks.

Yes. We warranty all our mechanical work for 3 months under normal use. If something we fixed fails, bring it back and we'll sort it.
Can I watch while you work?
You're welcome to watch at the workshop. We find most customers like knowing what's happening -- it builds trust and means you understand your bike better.
