Yes, you can pay for a bike, an e-bike, a custom build, a groupset or parts at Bike Clinique with Cycle to Work. We accept Cyclescheme, Gogeta and Green Commute Initiative (GCI). Perkbox is coming soon. We're an independent London workshop: Unit 1, The Swan Centre, Rosemary Road, London SW17 0AR.
That includes Fiido e-bikes (UK-legal 250W models), custom road and gravel builds, and groupsets and parts on their own, with fitting. No bike needed for groupsets or parts.

How it works
- Ask us for a written quote. Tell us the bike or parts you want and which provider your employer uses. We send an itemised quote with the exact total.
- Apply through your employer's provider using our quote. With Cyclescheme, search for "Bike Clinique Ltd" (shop code BIKEC013) when you choose a retailer. Your employer approves the application.
- Get your certificate or voucher. Cyclescheme sends a certificate with a redemption code, Gogeta issues a voucher, and GCI sends a Collection Voucher.
- Collect from our workshop. We redeem the voucher, check the bike over and hand it over in person. You pay it back from your gross salary, before tax and National Insurance.

What you can buy at Bike Clinique
Fiido e-bikes
We sell Fiido e-bikes, ordered from the supplier's UK stock, then built, checked and handed over in person at our London workshop. Only UK-legal EAPC versions (250W, 15.5mph) can go on Cycle to Work. We confirm the model in writing on your quote.
Custom builds
Custom road and gravel builds are supplied as one complete bike, so they can go on Cycle to Work. Check your employer's limit first; GCI has no £1,000 scheme limit.
Groupsets
Buy your Shimano, SRAM or Campagnolo groupset (and fitting) through Cycle to Work: Cyclescheme, Gogeta or Green Commute Initiative. No bike needed. Subject to your employer's scheme.
Parts and accessories
Buy wheels, tyres, brakes, lights, locks, mudguards, helmets and other parts (and fitting) through Cycle to Work, with no bike needed. Subject to your employer's scheme. Not allowed with Cyclescheme or GCI: cameras and GPS bike computers. Cyclescheme also excludes power meters, turbo trainers and car racks.

Can I buy a Fiido e-bike on Cycle to Work in London?
Yes. Bike Clinique in London sells Fiido e-bikes and accepts Cyclescheme, Gogeta and Green Commute Initiative. The e-bike must be a UK-legal EAPC (motor up to 250W, assistance stops at 15.5mph). We confirm the model in writing on your quote.
Which Cycle to Work schemes does Bike Clinique accept?

Can I buy a groupset or parts on Cycle to Work without buying a bike?
Yes. Buy your groupset (and fitting) through Cycle to Work with Cyclescheme, Gogeta or Green Commute Initiative. No bike needed. The same goes for other parts. Subject to your employer's scheme.
Can I use Cycle to Work for a custom build over £1,000?
Yes, if your employer's limit allows it. GCI has no £1,000 scheme limit. Cyclescheme and Gogeta employers set their own limit; some allow more than £1,000 and some don't. Check yours before we quote.
Can I pay for fitting or servicing with Cycle to Work?
Fitting is quoted with your groupset or parts package with all three providers, subject to your employer's scheme. GCI also lists servicing on its own as allowed; for servicing on its own with Cyclescheme or Gogeta, ask us first.
How much will I save?
It depends on your tax band and your employer's scheme. In their own words: Cyclescheme says up to 47%, Gogeta says up to 47%, and GCI says 28% to 47%. Use your provider's calculator for your own figure.
Can I add my own money to the voucher?
Cyclescheme says top-ups aren't allowed: to spend more, you cancel and reapply. That's why we quote the exact total before you apply.
What can't I buy on Cycle to Work?
The bike must be for you, not a child. Cyclescheme excludes GPS devices, car racks, cameras, turbo trainers, gift cards, food, power meters, headphones and children's bikes. GCI excludes bike computers, cameras and non-reflective clothing. E-bikes that aren't UK-legal EAPCs aren't allowed on any scheme.
How long does it take?
It depends on your employer. Cyclescheme says it usually takes 3 to 14 days from application to collection. Gogeta says vouchers can be issued the same day once your employer has signed up.
