Founded in 2012 with a profound passion for cycling, its inception began when we became aware of a need for mobile bike shop in London. We employ professional standards to provide much-needed convenience to customers.
We believe that riding a bicycle is more than just a sport, it's a culture. Our primary aim as a bike pro shop is to provide convenient, professional and a premium service that gives you more time to do what you love... JUST RIDE!
Bike Clinique is a fully professionally equipped Bicycle Workshop
Our mechanics are trained to a minimum of Cytech Level 2, the professional standard for mechanics in the bicycle industry.
We're the bike shop who treats all our customers with the same level of service that is usually reserved only for elite level & pro-athletes.
Attention to detail, engagement, courtesy and expedient service are all part of our ethos. With 4 levels of bike servicing and numerous other individually priced repair jobs, we can cover any requirement you may have.

As Managing Director, I am the primary point of contact for all prospective clients and provides information as required to learn more about our company, our projects and our complete range of bike services. This ensure 100% customer satisfaction at all times.

Who runs Bike Clinique?
Bike Clinique is run by Freddie Sharland Vaval, a Cytech and IMI Level 3 qualified mechanic with 16+ years of bicycle workshop experience across road, gravel, mountain, commuter and e-bikes.
Where is the workshop?
The workshop is at Unit 1, The Swan Centre, Rosemary Road, Tooting, London SW17 0AR. Workshop drop-off is by appointment or by arrangement, with a free safety check on every bike.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6:30pm, Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm, Sunday closed. Collection and delivery slots run across the working week.
What qualifications do your mechanics have?
Cytech technical, CSA mechanical and IMI Level 3 qualifications, with ongoing professional development across electronic groupsets, hydraulic braking, e-bike systems and suspension servicing.
What types of bikes do you work on?
Road, gravel, mountain, hybrid, commuter, folding and e-bikes. We work on mechanical, electronic (Shimano Di2, SRAM AXS) and hydraulic systems across all major brands.
Do you build custom bikes?
Yes. We build custom road, gravel and mountain bikes from your frame and parts or from a recommended spec, with a full safety check and fit adjustment before handover.
Do you offer groupset upgrades?
Yes. We fit and upgrade Shimano, SRAM and Campagnolo groupsets including 105 Di2, Ultegra Di2, Dura-Ace Di2, GRX Di2, SRAM Rival/Force/RED AXS, XPLR and Eagle Transmission systems.
Do you service e-bikes?
Yes. E-bike servicing covers brakes, gears, drivetrain, wheels, tyres, battery diagnostics and motor mount checks. We support Bosch, Shimano STEPS, Yamaha, Fazua and Brose.
How long have you been trading?
Bike Clinique has been operating from its SW17 Tooting workshop for several years, building on 16+ years of bicycle industry experience.
Do you collect and deliver?
Yes. Paid collection and delivery is available across South West London subject to scheduling. Ask when booking and we will confirm the best option for your area.
