How it works
- Ask us for a written quote. GCI applications are linked to an exact bike, the kit and a total, so decide first. GCI recommends a refundable deposit to hold a bike; we'll tell you if we need one.
- Apply on GCI. Use Instant GCI (no code needed, for smaller employers) or your company's Corporate GCI page (with a GCI code).
- Sign your agreements. After your employer approves, GCI sends the Salary Sacrifice Agreement and Hire Agreement to sign online.
- Get your Collection Voucher by email.
- Collect from our workshop with your voucher and photo ID. Any deposit is refunded when you redeem the voucher.
- Pay it back from your gross salary over the term agreed with your employer (GCI says any period over three months; 12, 18 and 24 months are common). At the end, GCI moves you to a free loan agreement, with no ownership fee.
