How It Works

1. Choose a Booking Type

Our workshop offers both collection and return services, as well as drop-offs.

You can either drop-oft your bike at our workshop, or we can come and collect it from you.

2. Book via HUBTIGER
All bookings are managed through HUBTIGER for a seamless experience. By booking with HUBTIGER, you agree to HUBTIGER'S terms and conditions and privacy policy.

3. SMS Updates
For your convenience, if you provide your mobile number, you will receive SMS updates regarding your booking status — provided the mechanic has opted into this service.

4. Booking Cancellations
Please note that the mechanic reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and work with you to reschedule if desired.

Important Notes

• Ensure your bike is prepared for collection by removing any valuable accessories or personal belongings.
• Please provide clear instructions for safe access if you won't be available during the collection or delivery window.
