Do you cover Tooting and Balham?

Yes. Tooting and Balham are the areas closest to our SW17 workshop, with same-day or next-day service usually available.

Do you cover Wimbledon and Southfields?

Yes. We cover Wimbledon, Southfields, Wimbledon Park and Earlsfield. Collection and delivery is available for most jobs in these areas.

Can you collect my bike from Wandsworth or Clapham?

Yes. Paid collection and delivery is available across Wandsworth, Clapham, Battersea and Wandsworth Common. Ask when booking and we will confirm availability for your area.

Do you serve Putney, Fulham and Streatham?

Yes, with collection and delivery typically available subject to scheduling. Workshop drop-off is also welcome at our Tooting SW17 location.

What about Morden, New Malden, Raynes Park and Sutton?

Yes. We cover the broader SW London area including Morden, New Malden, Raynes Park, Cheam, Sutton and Worcester Park. Collection and delivery is paid and by arrangement.

How long does collection and delivery take?

Most collection slots are scheduled within 24 to 72 hours. We confirm the slot when you book. Return delivery is included in the collection fee.

Can I drop my bike off directly?

Yes. Workshop drop-off is at Unit 1, The Swan Centre, Rosemary Road, London SW17 0AR. Free safety check with no obligation to proceed with paid work.

Do you handle emergency or urgent repairs?

Same-day minor repairs are often possible by request. Major work and parts-dependent jobs follow the normal 24 to 72 hour turnaround. We will tell you what is realistic before you book.

Do you cover e-bikes in these areas?

Yes. E-bikes are serviced at the workshop regardless of area. We support Bosch, Shimano STEPS, Yamaha, Fazua and Brose systems. E-bike collection and delivery is available subject to scheduling.

What if my area isn't listed?

Call 07951 125843 or message us on WhatsApp. If you are anywhere in SW London or South London, we probably still cover you. We will confirm before booking.
