Got a bike that's not behaving, or just want a straight answer before you book? Drop me a message. I'm Freddie — I'll tell you honestly whether it's a quick fix or something worth bringing into the workshop for a proper look.

The workshop is at The Swan Centre, which is where all the work happens and where local riders drop their bikes in. If getting here isn't easy, ask about collection and delivery — available by request for a small fee.

For anything urgent, mention it when you message: minor repairs can sometimes be turned around same-day by request, and I'll let you know what's realistic.

Questions riders ask me

Where are you based?

At The Swan Centre. It's an easy drop-off for nearby riders and the home of everything Bike Clinique does.

What's the quickest way to reach you?

Send a message with a quick description of the problem. The more you tell me, the better I can point you in the right direction.

Can you advise before I bring the bike in?

Of course. Sometimes a quick chat saves you a trip; other times it's clear the bike needs to be on the bench. Either way you'll get a straight answer.

Bike not feeling right?

Start with the free safety check. I'll inspect it, explain what's going on, and give you a clear quote before any paid work starts.
