Bike Clinique Returns Policy

At Bike Clinique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 28-day returns policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Cancelling Your Order

• If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it immediately and process your refund.
• If your order has already been processed, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to inform us of your intention to return them.
• After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the items.
• Returns received outside this period will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Condition of Returned Items

• Items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging, which should also be in as-new condition.
• Any signs of overhandling or use may result in a deduction from the refund amount.

Return Shipping

• Returns must be sent at your own cost, using a reputable, insured service.
• Until we receive the returned items, they remain your responsibility.
• We are not liable for lost returns without proof of postage, and refunds may be declined in such cases.

Processing Refunds

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned products.
