No. It is paid advice and triage. If the bike needs inspection or workshop work, Bike Clinique will say so and point you to the right booking route.

Can the advice fee be credited against work?

For qualifying Bike Clinique work, the advice fee may be credited by agreement. This is not automatic for every question, especially where the answer is the whole service.

Can you guarantee compatibility from a message?

No. Some standards need physical inspection or exact part numbers. Bike Clinique will flag what must be checked before parts are ordered.
