How collection works

  1. Request collection/delivery when booking, or call/WhatsApp 07951 125843.
  2. Your bike is brought to Bike Clinique’s professional workshop at Unit 1, The Swan Centre, Rosemary Road, SW17 0AR.
  3. We inspect first, quote clearly, then complete approved work at the workshop.
  4. Most repairs and services are completed in 24–72 hours unless parts or complex work add time.

Paid collection/delivery may be arranged for riders in Wimbledon, Earlsfield, Balham, Wandsworth, Clapham, Putney, Raynes Park, Southfields, Chelsea/Fulham and nearby SW London. Bike Clinique remains workshop-first: collection is a convenience option, not a mobile-only repair service.
