Need bike repair but cannot easily get the bike to the shop? Bike Clinique offers workshop-based bike servicing with paid collection and delivery by arrangement across South West London.

How collection works

  1. Request collection/delivery when booking, or call/WhatsApp 07951 125843.
  2. Your bike is brought to Bike Clinique’s professional workshop at Unit 1, The Swan Centre, Rosemary Road, SW17 0AR.
  3. We inspect first, quote clearly, then complete approved work at the workshop.
  4. Most repairs and services are completed in 24–72 hours unless parts or complex work add time.

Areas covered

Paid collection/delivery may be arranged for riders in Wimbledon, Earlsfield, Balham, Wandsworth, Clapham, Putney, Raynes Park, Southfields, . Bike Clinique remains workshop-first: collection is a convenience option, not a mobile-only repair service.

Is collection and delivery free?

No. Collection/delivery is paid or small-fee by arrangement only. Bike Clinique does offer a free safety check at the workshop.

Can you fix the bike at my home?

Bike Clinique is workshop-first. Your bike is diagnosed and repaired at the SW17 workshop so Freddie can use proper tooling, parts and test procedures.

How fast is turnaround?

Most repairs/services are completed in 24–72 hours unless parts or complexity add time. Same-day help is only for minor repairs by request.

Collection area: south of the Thames only

Paid bike collection and return may be arranged only within Bike Clinique's genuine local catchment south of the River Thames. We do not collect bikes from Kensington, Chelsea, Fulham, Hammersmith, Chiswick or anywhere north of the Thames.

Customers from those areas are especially welcome to enquire about configurable VELO DE VILLE e-bikes, with current estimated delivery of four to six weeks from confirmed order and final configuration. Bike Clinique also accepts London-wide custom bicycle build and complete groupset upgrade enquiries through the SW17 workshop.
