Can you service multiple staff bikes or fleet bikes together?

Yes. For offices, fleets and cycling benefit programmes we can group bookings, prioritise urgent commuter repairs and provide simple reporting so your team knows what was checked, repaired and recommended.

Do you offer collection and delivery for company bikes?

Bike Clinique is workshop-first at Unit 1, The Swan Centre, Rosemary Road, SW17 0AR. Paid collection and delivery can be arranged where practical, but it is not a free service and availability depends on location, volume and timing.

How quickly can company bikes be serviced?

Most services and repairs are completed in 24-72 hours unless specialist parts, diagnostics or complex work are needed. Same-day help may be possible for minor repairs by request.

Can you provide VAT invoices and clear reporting?

Yes. We can provide straightforward invoicing and clear notes for each bike, making it easier for facilities, HR, operations or fleet managers to track spend and maintenance needs.
