Can you diagnose why my e-bike has stopped working?

Yes. We use specialist diagnostic tools for Bosch and Shimano STEPS systems and can read fault codes, check motor performance, and identify battery or display issues. If your e-bike has stopped working or the motor is cutting out, bring it to us. We'll diagnose and quote before any repair.

Do you do e-bike software updates?

Yes. We perform Bosch and Shimano STEPS e-bike software updates on-site — including firmware upgrades for the motor, display unit, and battery management system. Software updates are often needed after a battery replacement or when the system prompts an update.

Do you collect e-bikes?

Yes. E-bikes are heavier and harder to transport — we come to you. We collect e-bikes from anywhere in South West London and return them after service. Free within 3 miles of our Wimbledon workshop. For areas further out, contact us for a quote.
