Customer-supplied frames, groupsets, wheels and finishing kit are welcome, wherever they were bought.

Priority capacity

The £500 price reserves an eligible build as priority workshop work rather than placing it in the normal queue.

What must be presented

Bring the complete frame-and-fork package and every component needed to finish the bike, including all model-specific fittings, adapters, small parts and charged electronic components where applicable. Send the full parts list and clear photographs before travelling.

Important limits

  • The same-day slot must be confirmed before arrival.
  • The £500 price covers priority build labour for an eligible complete build.
  • Missing, defective, unsafe or incompatible parts can prevent same-day completion.
  • Replacement parts and additional remedial work are not included; we discuss and quote these before proceeding.
  • The service covers professional assembly, setup, torque checks and final workshop safety checks.

How much is the emergency same-day custom bike build?

The priority same-day build labour price is £500 for an eligible complete build. Missing parts, replacement parts or additional remedial work are not included and are discussed before extra work is undertaken.

Can the parts have been bought online?

Yes. Bike Clinique accepts customer-supplied parts bought online, subject to completeness, compatibility, condition and safety checks.

Is same-day completion guaranteed before inspection?

No. The same-day slot must be confirmed before arrival. Completion depends on all required parts being present, compatible and serviceable, with no hidden frame, component or installation problem discovered during the build.
