We accept Cyclescheme, Gogeta and Green Commute Initiative.
E-bikes can go on Cycle to Work with all three providers if the bike is a UK-legal electrically assisted pedal cycle (EAPC): motor no more than 250W, and assistance that stops at 15.5mph. We confirm the exact model in writing on your quote.
- Ask us for a written quote showing the exact items and price.
- Apply through your employer's provider (Cyclescheme, Gogeta or GCI) using our quote. Your employer approves it.
- Collect from our workshop at Unit 1, The Swan Centre, Rosemary Road, London SW17 0AR. Bring your certificate or voucher code.
Savings depend on your tax band and your employer's scheme. Cyclescheme and Gogeta say you can save up to 47%; GCI says 28% to 47%. We quote the exact total, because Cyclescheme doesn't allow topping up a certificate with your own money. The bike must be for you, not a child. Cyclescheme and GCI exclude cameras and GPS bike computers.
